Each of these three works are a true reflection and working file of my emotions and thoughts as I navigated a difficult relationship of mine.
Tai - Relive, Reflect, Repeat. Putting things in order, moving memories. I should’ve said this or she could’ve done that, I wish I did, I wish I didn’t. Moving puzzle pieces in the past, trying to solve what belongs there.
Rua - Detach, Distance, Decision. Eventually you accept. Eventually you learn to quiet your thoughts, remove yourself. Now we are a far way from the noise. Now I can hear what feels right for my soul, my spirit. I trust this feeling without doubt, without reason.
Toru - Release.
